Paid market-entry assessment

Turn your US expansion into an executable plan

The US Market Entry Readiness Assessment identifies decisions, dependencies, and next steps before you commit time and resources to formation, banking, compliance, and operations.

Request a fit assessment

This assessment may be a fit if…

  • You lead an established international business already operating outside the United States.
  • You have a real US launch planned in the next 90-180 days.
  • You participate directly in structure, finance, or operating decisions.
  • You want to coordinate business decisions with the appropriate licensed professionals.

It is probably not a fit if…

  • You only want the lowest-cost formation filing.
  • You need a guaranteed banking, immigration, tax, or regulatory outcome.
  • You are seeking investment advice, wealth management, or promised returns.
  • You need 180 Consulting to act as your attorney, accountant, or licensed tax adviser.

Five deliverables

Clarity to decide before you execute

Readiness diagnostic

A structured view of your objectives, operating stage, dependencies, and principal market-entry gaps.

Dependency plan

A recommended sequence of decisions and coordination points, including matters for review by licensed professionals.

90-day roadmap

Priorities, suggested owners, and working milestones to turn the diagnostic into orderly execution.

Decision brief and working session

An executive summary and guided conversation to review findings, open questions, and the appropriate next step.

How the assessment works

  1. 01

    Application

Share basic, non-sensitive information so we can review initial fit.

  2. 02

    Scope and paid kickoff

If there is a fit, we confirm scope, terms, and the business context needed before work begins.

  3. 03

    Analysis and delivery

We organize findings, dependencies, and recommendations into the five agreed deliverables.

  4. 04

    Next-step decision

We review the roadmap. Any later implementation is separately scoped and contracted.

Business coordination with clear professional boundaries

180 Consulting provides assessment, operating planning, and coordination. The assessment is not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, financial, or investment advice.

  • Decisions requiring a license must be reviewed with the appropriate attorney, accountant, or other licensed professional.
  • Financial institutions and government authorities control their own approvals, requirements, and timing.
  • Vendors and partners maintain their own terms, availability, and responsibilities.
  • The assessment does not promise approvals, regulatory outcomes, or third-party timelines.

Assessment questions

Does the assessment include formation or account opening?

No. The assessment defines readiness, dependencies, and a roadmap. Any later implementation or coordination is agreed separately.

When is the delivery schedule confirmed?

After fit is reviewed and the scope, required information, and commercial terms are agreed in writing.

Will I receive legal or tax advice?

No. We identify questions and coordination points, but advice requiring a license must come from the appropriate licensed professional.

Does the assessment guarantee bank-account approval?

No. Banking decisions belong exclusively to each institution. We can help organize requirements and dependencies without guaranteeing approval.

What happens after the assessment?

You receive a roadmap for your decision. If there is mutual fit, we can separately define an implementation or coordination scope.
